| East Village Hotel is the latest addition to Far East Hospitality’s successful portfolio of Village Hotels & Residences, where each property is designed to showcase the unique flavour and cultural tapestry of the locales in which it is situated. The Far East Hospitality business group takes over operations of Paramount Hotel in mid February 2012. Upgrading and refurbishment works, which commence thereafter, are estimated to be completed by the end of 2012. These works will take place in stages and entail amongst others, major changes to fresh and modern dining concepts. East Village Hotel will also take on a refreshing and contemporary theme, drawing inspiration from the Peranakan heritage of the surrounding Katong district.
